These terms govern one-to-one SMS messages provided by Tru Balance, LLC.
Program description
After you opt in, Tru Balance, LLC may send individual service-related messages for appointment coordination, answers to general questions, and service updates. This program is not used for bulk marketing, automated alerts, or promotional campaigns.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service needs.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier is responsible for any charges under your mobile plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop messages from the SMS-enabled number. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you reply START to resume.
Help
Reply HELP for assistance or email info@mytrubalance.com. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by network availability.
Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Appropriate use
Do not send confidential tax documents, Social Security numbers, bank information, passwords, payment card information, or other sensitive data by text. Use Tru Balance Secure Documents instead.

Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information related to the messaging service.
